Empowering Children to Thrive in Sport & Physical Activity

SEND SPORTS COACH.png

I believe every child deserves access to high-quality physical activity tailored to their individual emotional, sensory, and physical profile.

Mainstream sports environments can often feel overwhelming, fast-paced, and rigid.

I offer a structured, calm, and highly encouraging alternative designed specifically for children and young people navigating Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyspraxia (DCD), and social communication differences.

Our Core Specialist Services

1:1 Bespoke Sports Mentoring: Personalised physical sessions tailored to your child’s specific motor goals, emotional regulation needs, and sensory preferences.

EHCP-Aligned Delivery: We actively structure sessions to support physical, social, and communication targets outlined in Section B & F of your child’s EHCP.

Small-Group Inclusive Academies: Low-arousal, scaffolded group sessions focusing on fundamental movement mechanics and turn-taking without the pressure of competitive team sports.

School & Local Authority Provision: Commissioned 1:1 physical mentoring, after-school multi-sports programmes.

How We Support Sensory & Motor Development

Every session is designed around proven physical literacy and pedagogical frameworks:

1. Sensory Regulation: Incorporating proprioceptive "heavy work" and predictable movement to calm the nervous system.

2. Scaffolded Learning: Utilising visual schedules, single-step prompts, and clear spatial boundaries to minimise cognitive fatigue.

3. Motor Skill Acquisition: Breaking down complex movements into achievable steps to improve spatial awareness, balance, and bilateral coordination.
